We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the account's email address, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
Server logs containing technical records such as IP addresses and error traces are kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging, then deleted automatically. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you — such as how often a question is answered correctly — are kept, because they contain no personal information.
