By playing OnlyQuiz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with a parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One person, one account — accounts created to gain an unfair advantage may be removed.
Do not cheat, automate play, tamper with the app or its network traffic, or attempt to reach parts of our systems you have not been given access to. Do not choose a display name, or send messages, that are abusive, hateful, sexual, or that impersonate someone else. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
We work to keep the question bank accurate, but questions are written by people and by automated tools, and mistakes happen. A wrong answer in a quiz is not a defect that entitles you to compensation. Tell us and we will fix it.
OnlyQuiz is free to play. It does not show ads today, but it may in future — you agree that ads may be shown as part of normal use, and interfering with ad delivery is a breach of these terms. If that changes we will update our Privacy Policy to say what an advertiser receives.
Matchmaking pairs you with an opponent as quickly as it can so you are never left waiting. The outcome of a match affects only your in-game record and has no monetary value.
Levels, XP, streaks, rankings and any other in-game item have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset if we need to correct an error or address abuse. OnlyQuiz is not a gambling service — there is nothing to stake and nothing to win but a score.
The app, its design, its artwork, its sound and its question bank belong to us and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed. Trademarks and factual subject matter referred to inside questions remain the property of their respective owners; OnlyQuiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
We do our best to keep OnlyQuiz running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual features or topics.
OnlyQuiz is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continuing to play means accepting the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
